Claimed by the Dragon Queen Review

What is Claimed by the Dragon Queen about?

In the dark-fantasy court of Veyra, the Dragon Queen, captives become trophies rather than inmates. Ethan, a captive in disgrace, is hauled up from the cells as her latest amusement, and she fully expects him to crumble like the ones before him. Instead he will not behave like a possession, and the queen finds herself bargaining with a man she meant to discard.

The tension is a slow reversal of power that moves out of her bedchamber and into her throne room and finally to the question of her royal bloodline. It plays like sword-and-sorcery melodrama rather than a fairy tale, with flames, guards in armor and a court watching every move. The explicit material arrives after the free pair. It suits viewers who enjoy commanding queens, captor-and-captive dynamics and stakes that reach beyond the bedroom.
