One Bed With My Roommate Review

What is One Bed With My Roommate about?

Ren is broke and has a spare room, so when Yama, his longtime unspoken crush, goes looking for somewhere to live, it looks like luck. Then her loud, reckless best friend Mira shows up with her bags, and the apartment turns into a running contest between two women who both enjoy toying with him.

What lifts it above the usual house-share setup is the outside threat. Just as the contest heats up, a dangerous ex from Mira’s past comes looking for money he says he is owed, and the flirty rivalry suddenly has real stakes for everyone under that roof. The heat stays comparatively mild, which keeps the plot front and center. It is a good pick for anyone who enjoys a competitive triangle with some menace underneath, and who wants a story rather than a single situation.
